NEET MDS 2024 Exam: Registrations, Dates, Eligibility, Pattern, Syllabus, Cut Offs
The NEET MDS 2024 Merit List for All India Quota 50 per cent category seats has been released by NBE. Individual scorecards will be issued for candidates on or after April 29, 2024. The qualifying candidates, whose names are there on the merit list are eligible for participating in the MEET MDS 2024 counselling process.
The NEET MDS 2024 exam was conducted on March 18, 2024. The NEET MDS 2024 result was declared on April 3, 2024. The NEET MDS 2024 cutoff was also released along with the merit list. The NEET MDS 2024 scorecard was released on April 15, 2024. NBE has stated that after the review of questions by experts, one question is found to be technically incorrect. For this, one mark was allotted to all candidates irrespective of their attempts.
As per the NEET MDS 2024 analysis and student reactions, the overall difficulty level of the exam was easy to moderate. The NEET MDS cutoff is lower than last year. The NEET MDS 2024 counselling process is likely to begin in May 2024. The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) will conduct the counselling process for the All India Quota (AIQ) seats within a month of the declaration of the result.
What is NEET MDS?
National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Masters of Dental Surgery abbreviated as NEET MDS is an entrance exam conducted by NBE for providing admissions to all the postgraduate dental courses offered by the institutions in India. NEET MDS exam is an eligibility-cum-ranking examination conducted annually in online mode. The scores are accepted by most dental colleges across the country. A total of 6,501 Masters of Dental Surgery (MDS) seats are offered under 50% All India Quota (AIQ), 50% state quota seats, and 100% seats in deemed/central universities and private colleges through the exam. After the declaration of the NEET MDS result, the counselling process will be conducted by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC).

NEET MDS 2024 Result
NEET MDS 2024 result was declared on April 3, 2024, for those candidates who appeared for the entrance examination. The NEET MDS results contain important details including the Roll number of candidates, the score obtained out of 960, and the NEET MDS overall rank. The NEET MDS cutoff marks have also been released along with the result. NBE released the NEET MDS 2024 scorecard on April 15, 2024. Earlier, NBE had stated that the NEET MDS 2024 scorecard would be out on or after April 12, 2024. Candidates will have to download the scorecard by entering the Roll number, date of birth, and captcha code in April 2024.
